He is also the Official Representative of Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (the biggest association of entrepreneurs uniting 6000 members – small to large enterprises of all regions and industries, associations, city business clubs and other unions of entrepreneurs) to ECOWAS states.

Jānis Riba has over 20 years of bulk blend fertilizer production experience in Baltic Region. Particularly with complex fertilizer production he is involved for more than 10 years. Jānis is managing three Groups production facilities and fulfils production demands for all specialty products for NPK Expert brand.

Bernard Blewu manages Groups’ companies based in Ghana. Bernard has extensive experience in distribution network management and currently he is leading the development and manufacturing strategy for new fertilizer production plant in West Africa

Vic Freire has over 20 years of marketing, sales, logistics and distribution experience with special focus on Europe and Latin America. His outstanding ability to establish partnerships and distribution networks demonstrated Groups’ strength in implementation of new products in the Brazil market.

Skilled in negotiation, international business, event management and market research. Strong professional with more than 10 years’ experience across various countries and markets.

Jānis Grīnbergs has more than 9 years of experience in providing various legal services, such as analysis and legal organization in production and other industries. Furthermore, Jānis work is focused on establishing and developing commercial environment, including overseas branch operations, legal set-up and organization of companies and the provision of services as an in-house lawyer. At the end of 2019 Jānis Grīnbergs received the LatBAN "Investor of the Year" award in the nomination "The Greenest Investment of the Year" for the investment with the most positive impact on the environment “Smart Fertilizers”.
